Google+ Project Unleashed

The search engine giant Google finally answers to Facebook with Google+. This social networking site is currently in “limited field stage”. The Google+ project brings friend streams, group video chat and group messaging to Google’s millions of users. Google+ invites have not been available to the public, but apparently Google is prepared to test the service with a larger group. Google+ users will find a button that allows them to invite their friends on the Google+ Stream page. Invites are also available if a Google+ user shares content with a non-user via email.

Today, the connections between people increasingly happen online. Yet the subtlety and substance of real-world interactions are lost in the rigidness of our online tools. To bring the nuance and richness of real-life sharing to software including you, your relationships, and your interests Google+ have a lot to offer.
